[BUG] grim 2.3.71 noslow makes crossbow shoot infinitely without recharging

Describe the bug

crossbow shoots without delay unless right click unholded

Steps to reproduce

enable noslow for bow and set mode grim 2.3.71 charge a crossbow but don't unhold right click

i let my friend try this and it worked in vanilla minecraft server
