[BUG] Stopping PingSpoof make keep alive bugged

Describe the bug

The client stop to reply to Keep Alive's packet servers

Steps to reproduce

• Login to MC server
• Enable PingSpoof exploit for few seconds
• Disable it
• Now, you will not send Keep Alive packet BUT you will stay online (wtf ?)

Setup:

• Bungeecord with ViaVersion 4.1.1
• Paper spigot 1.8.8 (build 445)
