Describe the bug

PacketMine slows down the work of the Fucker, which is very noticeable when in creative or using a tool with very high efficiency. Even with "Wait for confirmation" disabled

Steps to reproduce

Place two lines of blocks and set up the Fucker to be able to break them.
Go to creative or get tool with high efficiency.
Break one line of blocks with Fucker and PacketMine enabled and another without PacketMine.
Compare the time it takes you to break these lines.
