[BUG] When i am on a server i cant go below y level 0

Describe the bug

i was mining expecting to go even further below into deepslate but something keeps me floating in the air, only letting me stay on y level 0 unless im using vines to go down. i was not using any type of flying utilities or anything that just does not let me fall.

Steps to reproduce

I believe you have to play on a server, then mine all the way down and maybe get stuck on y level 0

MAYBE could be antivoid (being sarcastic) yk cuz it stops you from going into the void and in 1.8 servers, 0 is the void ¯_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯
