You need to understand the principle of autoblock. In the original version, we couldn't attack while holding right-click to block. The principle of autoblock is that it automatically simulates holding right-click to block after we finish attacking. However, autoclicker only simulates left-click, right-click or both as single clicks. Implementing your requested feature would make the autoclicker's original functionality incompatible with this new feature.
Moreover, most anticheat systems perform autoblock detection. If we incorporate autoblock into the autoclicker, it would most likely block immediately after attacking. This blocking pattern would be detected by anticheat systems, and we still wouldn't be able to bypass the anticheat.
