Describe the bug

If U get hit with reverse velocity on, while being midair, it reapplies vertical momentum, which on 1.9+ ain't possible, and vulcan detects this. can PLS add an option to disable this.

@MukjepScarlet Can you make an additional change in your PR for the velocity mode where you tweak the values so it allows 0 for options instead of the default 0.1
