[BUG] Scaffold Telly doesnt sometimes place blocks

Describe the bug

i was testing out the scaffold telly mode but i realised that it was really slow and didnt look like the actual tellies until i saw ticks to go straight but i set it to 4 and 5 and it would, after a couple tellies, Not turn around and telly again. it happens after a few more tellies when set to 2 or 3. it happens occasionally with 1. I tried ALL the Same Y settings but none worked. I also have fix velocity on

Steps to reproduce

set scaffold to telly and set the ticks straight to 2-5, try to use it in any world, anticheat or no anticheat
