[BUG] can't use SwordBlock on polar

Describe the bug

I was just messing with the polar config and when I enabled SwordBlock and tried to block my sword I was kicked from the server.

Steps to reproduce

join a polar server (gamst*r practice in my case), enable sword block, block your sword -> KICK! (polar should be enabled on the server for this to happen)

It seems that ViaFabricPlus 3.1.1 messed up, use 3.1.0.
