[FEATURE] Basic AirPlace Implementation

Describe your feature request.

Here's a few features that I would find useful for a few bad anticheats.

  • Add an "AirPlace" module that has a Range slider, that shows a box highlight allowing you to place in the air.
  • Add an "AirPlace" checkbox onto Scaffold.
