[FEATURE] Mass import for proxies

Describe your feature request.

• Add a button to mass import the proxies
• Add a textarea to paste the list, or import from file

Proxy can be in ip:port:username:password or username:password@ip:port format It should add all of them into the proxy list, and check if they are valid
