Better bot detection

I suggest to use additional methods to recognize bots.

  • Use BTTV channel bots (https://api.betterttv.net/2/channels/{channel})
  • Use twitchbots.info to identify bots (https://twitchbots.info/api)

As the author of twitchbots.info, I am of course biased toward that service, however I don't think it's current API really fits the requirements here. I'd be willing to implement better suited APIs.
