New Font options for chat

Would be great if you could reduce the font size as well as change the font itself.

This can be done via custom CSS right now. I might add more appearance-focused options, but for now other features take precedence.

Font scaling, emote scaling as well as spacing options (lines, channel icons) would be very useful to have without the need to use custom CSS. I have my Twitch windows on a 4k monitor so I have to play with browser zoom/scaling, additional chat window specific options would be very handy. :)
