Captk can literally crash my machine

To Reproduce

  1. Open Captk with low memory. My machine here has 20 GB, so I'm opening Captk after opening 20 or so Chrome and Firefox windows using dozens or hundreds of MB each.

  2. Open a file. I've been using C:\Users\CohenE\Downloads\LIBRA\LIBRA_1.6.0\1\Case1.dcm (8616 KB)

  3. Using the Drawing Tools, draw a circle.

  4. Undo

  5. Repeat the last two steps several times. Captk will get less and less responsive -- the drawing tool will lag behind the cursor, Undo will take some time to register.

  6. Eventually, Undo will result in the spinning blue ring for several seconds.

  7. Repeat a few more times. Eventually, Undo will result in a permanent spinning blue circle. Captk seems to be capturing all input or monopolizing system resources, since clicks outside the Captk window do not change focus. Ctrl-Alt-Del has no effect.

  8. Hard power cycle your machine.

It is very hard for me to give more details about what will and will not cause this, as every testing cycle crashes my machine, which takes ~10 minutes and prevents me from doing any other work.

Expected behavior

Captk doesn't crash.
