Perfusion PCA GUI unknown text field

Describe the bug Perfusion PCA GUI has unknown text field without any associate information. As a user I don't know what needs to be entered there.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on Applications->Perfusion PCA
  2. See the dialog that opens up

Expected behavior There should be some information about what is to be entered in that field on the GUI
