[Glioblastoma Infiltration Index] Infiltration prediction on loaded subject cannot load segmentation label from sample data

Describe the bug CaPTk cannot load sample data segmentation label when trying the 'Infiltration prediction on loaded subject'.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download sample data for Glioblastoma Infiltration Index
  2. From the downloaded sample data, load all images from ~\RecurrenceEstimator_1.6.1\test_samples\AANB\CONVENTIONAL
  3. Load segmentation labels from ~\RecurrenceEstimator_1.6.1\test_samples\AANB\SEGMENTATION
  4. See error

Expected behavior Sample data should load in CaPTk
