loaded ROIs are in the wrong position

Open mdv63oda opened this issue 4 years ago • 5 comments

Describe the bug I did a rough segmentation and saved ROIs when I loaded it the coordination was messy

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1- manual segmentation 2-File>Save ROI 3-load ROI

Expected behavior The actual coordination should have been preserved.

The figure shows segmentation of the brain in yellow that was displaced when reloaded. CaPTk Version Version information is found on Help > About

@mdv63oda I just tried this and am not able to replicate this. Here are the screenshots before and after reloading. Before: image

After saving and reloading image

Can you reproduce this issue with multiple datasets?

Hi, . I do not know what the problem was, but is seems that the RIO mirrors in 2 axis. The solution is load>save> and load it again! it goes to the original position. I think this is a good solution LOL

It has been working fine for me without the load->save and load again. If you can tell us the exact steps to replicate, we can look at it.

I tried the last non release edition of CaPTK and the problem still exist. The figure below shows what happens. The first is before saving and the second is after loading. I can not explain more because I really do not know what goes on. Regards image

Can you share some anonymized data with us to reproduce this? Also, can you let us know how you are generating the ROI mask - are you using the drawing panel for this?
