Tolerances for CVode

It would be beneficial to be able to set the absolute and relative tolerances for the CVode Solver and not use default values.

The relative tolerance for CVode can be set with the relative_tolerance parameter. This value is also used for the absolute tolerances. Please re-open if you want this changed.

We would need the absolute tolerances also.
