[Feature V2] Set preferred group for downloading

It would be great if it was possible to set a preferrence from which group a chapter was scanlated. If I am not wrong it uses the one with the best rating at the moment. The Use Case would be if you wanted to download a completed Manga and preferred to use the official translations instead of some scanlation group as is seen in the image. At the moment it would use the low quality scans. I can see that that could lead to issues if the Scanlator changes in the middle of a Manga but for that we could use the rating as fallback
