[@elysiajs/static] require process.getBuiltinModule. Static plugin is disabled

Describe the bug When running the latest ghcr.io/c4illin/convertx:main tag, all css is corrupted, and the log shows the error message: [@elysiajs/static] require process.getBuiltinModule. Static plugin is disabled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run latest :main tag
2. open the page

Must have happened when I updated it last time, nice fix!
