[Feature Request] Custom values for resource limits

Describe the solution you'd like Currently, the limits for converters (came up with imagemagick for me) are set, an they are set quite low. This means that if I want to do a costlier conversion, it runs out of some resources ('cache resources exhausted'), even if I do have the necessary resources to spare

Additional context Try converting a file that'll take more than 1024MiB of memory to convert using imagemagick. The settings for it are in /etc/ImageMagick-{version}/policy.xml
