[Feature Request] Conversion settings

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to control conversion settings. i.e image compression ratio, resolution

Additional context Converting pdf to image looks horribly compressed and pixelated with current default settings.

I'm 100% for this. Running into a secondary issue, which you can look at in the comments of #320, where the specified --pdf-engine for pandoc doesn't seem to be working.

This is a great idea but I think we need to wait for some bigger update because this adds more complexity to the backend and also the UI. But I expect it's already in roadmap but we need to wait a little
