ind_cpa_test_schema.json: unused tagSize field

ind_cpa_test_schema.json has a tagSize field, but this isn't used in aes_cbc_pkcs5_test.json and isn't documented. Since this schema is for ciphers without authentication, should this field be removed?

Thanks a lot. It will be removed. There are a number of bugs in the JSON schemas. Someone released the schemas and test vectors prematurely, before I even wrote sufficient tests to compare them to each other. I'm sorry about this.
