Add `pwnmake --devcontainer` to generate a VSCode devcontainer config

I tend to do a lot of development in VSCode devcontainers. It would be nice if pwnmake could somehow generate a devcontainer config automatically, which references the specific pwnmake image that it creates for the workspace.
