Custom GPTs not working

Everything works great with ChatGPT v3.5 and 4, but when I try a custom GPT it doesn't work. I have tried refreshing the screen with the custom GPT and waiting to start the plugin till after the custom GPT comes up. Anyone else have any suggestions?
