Add new dropdown component to the main page with styles

Select the "Selection" from the header will navigate to the selection section
After clicking the "Open DropDown" button, it will switch to a "Close" button and a scrollable dropdown list will show up below.
Once an item is selected, the upper component will display the selected result, and dropdown will be hidden.
