Wire volumes are resetting on stop/play

Repro:

1. Connect simsyn to master
2. Reduce wire volume to 25%
3. Hit play
4. Observe wire volume resets to 100%

• This also happens with pan setting
• This also happens when the song loops
• I believe this also happens when other machines are connected or disconnected

A big clue is that volumes set via machine properties persist fine.
