It works for me. I suspect you have a hosts file problem or something similar. Ask on Stack Overflow, which gets much more traffic than this issue.

It works with 9999. You might have some other process that blocks that port.
This is a good first issue for someone who wants to start contributing. I would skip the `log.debug` or `log.info` bit, though, as they lead to a lot of output....
As folks have noticed, the Spring Team plans to continue to make RestTemplate available as is (but only as-is - only something like a CVE would make us change it)....
Fixed by describing how to run the quoters application locally and connect to it on localhost.
Superseded by later work.
That's definitely an error. I don't see what's causing it, though, so I'll have to investigate.
We're going to rewrite this guide soon. I'll leave this issue open, though, as a reminder of something to check when we do the rewrite. Paging @gregturn
