Macro Support for Poses etc?

Would Macro support be possible for Poses?

There is a bunch of things I wish I could switch to on the fly instead of clicking through the menu.

Press Alt/Ctrl+Numpad1-9 to switch poses (1-18). Press Alt/Ctrl+Numpad0 for last custom pose.
