How can I change the IP address of the device I will be transferring live data to via VMC protocol in the code? Also can I send data to multiple IP addresses simultaneously?

Double-click on the "VMC protocol" icon for options to change IP address and port. You can use VMCProtocolReflector to relay one VMC output to multiple IP addresses https://github.com/gpsnmeajp/VMCProtocolReflector
