Bug in CustomWindowDecorationAccessing

In CustomWindowDecorationAccessing with JBR-17 on customWindowDecorationInstance give error: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.awt.Window$CustomWindowDecoration

Plz switch to JetBrains/jewel, it using new way to support custom window decoration, the old way is deprecated

It's good, but i try to make just undecorated title bar with native windows functions and it's seems like on jewel it's not possible
