Custom CSS input box missing

Describe the bug There is no input box to enter in custom CSS when using the plex theme

To Reproduce Go to Settings > Customize > Appearance > Custom CSS There is no input box visible to enter anything in.

Expected behavior The input box should be there, if you switch back to the default theme or one of the others the input box is there.
