I've seen this mentioned in the Discord in March 2024 and an issue was asked to be filed but I don't think it ever was, based off searching.
Additionally, something else I have noticed is that the "selectionScreenDisplayProperties.description" says "Show them the meaning of strength. Matchmaking: ON" (this appears in game too when you hover the Difficulty selector.), when really that should probably say "Matchmaking: OFF"

I see that only current activity defs were updated to be raids however, and old ones such as 4179289725 are still dungeons. Is this a game content issue or a case of we don't want to update it in case it breaks legacy?
Regardless, at least we have one def (the current one) listed as a raid, thank you for that!
