some armour has only three randomizedPlugSetHash, not the expected four

based on community understanding of how armour stats are rolled we would expect there to be 4 sockets with randomizedPlugSetHash referring to stat plugs, two for mob+res+rec and two for dis+int+str. however it seems that some legendary armour has only three of the four expected plugSets in the manifest. there's no obvious stat deficiencies in the rolls of the armour with only three stat plugs, so it's probably just a bug in the manifest.

for the examples below i click over to the Raw JSON tab and search for randomizedPlugSetHash and look at how many instances there are.

per discord notice that old issues might be marked stale / closed i checked in on this one, and the issue is still present in the current manifest.

specifically these hashes have only three socketEntries with randomizedPlugSetHash but the armour sets roll as if there's a fourth randomizedPlugSetHash.
