Bastion and Devil's Ruin catalysts

Both of these guns have catalysts reported through the API, but they don't exist in game. light.gg reports that they were both added to the manifest on 12/9/2019.

I was about to send some feedback to d2 checklist about these being visible and realized I should check if they've been reported here before and realized they haven't. Braytech also doesn't hide these as unobtainable, but shows 0 people have unlocked them. For context, even a bunch of the Kingsfall weapon patterns have been unlocked by 1k+ guardians despite the raid being available for only about 13 days (3 weeks of loot).

Additionally, I do see there are patterns for the 3 menagerie class-specific swords (Goldtusk, Throne Cleaver, Death's Razor) despite them not yet dropping in the game. These patterns were added this season and it's only just started, so maybe we'll see them in a few weeks. But I figured I'd mention it in case they are supposed to be dropping already or are supposed to be hidden in the API.
