How to get the last played character ID by profile name on destiny 2

I'm trying to search for a way to get the last character ID played but I can't find that api information. The reason I want this is to be able to retrieve that and show the info on that currently played character and no other.

Any help here would be amazing, I've been searching the docs for awhile now.
