DestinyProgression#currentResetCount not populated for Vanguard or Trials

For progressions associated with 457612306 (Vanguard rank) and 2755675426 (Trials rank) there is no currentResetCount returned, even though you may reset these ranks.

I checked those - they're about seasonResets, this is currentResetCount.

it looks like strange favor is reporting as vanguard for currentResetCount

#1669 Looks like I failed to mention this issue right, but either way this is related. IronBanner is also not counting the rank reset count.

Seasonal vendors also do not update currentResetCount despite the fact that they can be reset.
