Somehow Arc has slipped under my radar....just got to know about it through peazip and done some archiving test. It really rocks compared to e.g. 7zip and zstandard which I've been using for ages. What a SHAAAAAME it's not active! In my view any new project of FreeArc should skip gui and other nice-to-have features and only concentrate on need-to-have features (cmdline binary/dll). Better have a "smaller" project, than no project at all. Let others deal with the gui and other fancy stuff e.g. peazip.

What happened to FreeArc 0.51 (0.67), why this "new" 0.11? Reading the release notes for 0.11 gave me more questions than answers in this regard ;-) If you don't expect to do any more FreeArc updates, what would your recommendation be for someone who should "take over", 0.68 or 0.12?
