Build an Audio Spectrum video maker

Hey @yamalight! It will be pretty cool if you build an Audio Visualizer with ability to create spectrum videos 😄

Here's the main functionality:

1. User chooses the track and background that he wants to use
2. The app renders a video with this audio, adds background image, and an audio spectrum (example), and then saves it to a file.

• Design of the spectrum can be anything
• UI can be anything (CLI, Electron, etc.)
• Will be cool if you build spectrum with canvas ☺️
