[📖] resolveSendBeaconRequestParameters missing in docs and React types

Suggestion

The partytown config prop - resolveSendBeaconRequestParameters is missing both in the documents and in the React types.

This is needed following an issue with partytown resulting in major drop in google analytics, seems like people have changed the configuration of resolveSendBeaconRequestParameters and it solved them the issue.
