core: Create test to check Builder SDK with PR changes

When there is a change to the jsx parser and other import parts used by Builder SDK we need to run the tests for Builder SDK with the changes made in the PR.

We can create a Github Action to pull the latest version of Builder SDK and check if it's working correctly
