Line break in text editor shouldn't be wrapped by a p tag

Describe the bug When editing text in builder and trying to leave on space between two paragraphs, the br tag that is created is wrapped by a p tag and causes extra spaces.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a text block
2. Finish a paragraph, press Enter twice (1 to break line, one to leave an extra line)
3. See extra spacing

Expected behavior Br tag is not wrapped by p tag and theres a simple line jump in the view
