How can i set german language? im quite new in RN

I need a German Language for the Calendar - it is amazing ! please help me

Expand the example to see the locale object.

I saw this, but don't understand how to write this in my .js :/ im really new in react native and dont understand much at all. and because my english is not that perfect is a big problem too. maybe u can explain it to me a bit easier? that would be very nice!
