API - Add Pool

Adding a pool via API acts funny in vertminer (confirmed working in cgminer 3.7.2, and other forks).

While using the API to add a pool, after ~2 minutes vertminer removes the pool.

I think vertminer is trying to clear up memory and is removing the pool in the process.
