24 hour format for datetime field in table filter

Describe the feature request #5287 added a 24 hour option to the date time picker. It would be great to be able to select a 24 hour mode for the filter as well.
Either add 24h to the AM/PM-toggle button, or have a checkbox when configuring the filter component.
