Backup changes

Problem

The content of backups is too wide and on smaller screens you can't see the full table or the create new backup button.

Changes

• [x] Make this section responsive
• [x] Remove the friendly time 1 Minute ago to reduce width of table row
• [x] Truncate the backup name after 36 characters
• [x] Update types to be Restored and Published, rather than Restoring and Publish
• [x] Remove the time from the date range picker
• [x] Change Update in the more options to Rename because update is too close to "restore"
