Allow spellcheck="false" for text/textarea inputs

Describe the feature request Data edited using text and textarea inputs is frequently not plain language. This causes many spellcheck highlights to appear due to browser spell checking. This spell check highlighting cannot be inhibited through CSS: the HTML attribute spellcheck="false" must be applied to the input element.

This enhancement would have a new component attribute "Disable Spell Checking" checkbox to allow the application creator to selectively disable spell checking on text/textarea inputs.
