Add atob and btoa to both the frontend JS sandbox and the backend one for automations

It would be really useful if the atob & btoa API/functions/helpers so that they could be used in the automations, db formula fields and in the front end JS sandbox/preview.

Its been discussed in this post https://github.com/Budibase/budibase/discussions/13148 and @aptkingston suggested to add a feature request as he can also see it would be useful.
