Visibility Condition: "Contains" for use with Multi-Select Pickers

Describe the feature request The variable created by a Multi-Select pickers is an array. When setting visibility conditions on components, we don't currently have a "Contains" option, to see if a value is set within an array. A Developer may wish to create a "Show me the following items" multi-select picker, and then set visibility conditions based on those selections.
