Distorted display of switch on Chrome

My Desktop resolution is 1600 x 900, and more importantly 120 DPI.

The latest versions of Chrome now try to do some intelligent UI scaling when the desktop uses custom DPI.

When using 100% zoom, the switch button shows both the "ON" and "OFF" parts of the switch for Small and Mini button sizes:

If I change the zoom, then the problem slowly goes away.

E.g. 90% zoom, problem goes away for Small button, but remains for mini button.

This problem does not occur in Firefox.
