Redesign to Bootstrap 4
These commits update the website to Bootstrap 4 and add some more lengthy documentation. There are still some problems because of the older code, but I didn't change anything other than the HTML.
I changed the editor over to CodeMirror because i could not get ace to work and or look good with Bootstrap and and old code.

What about the feature that scroll code for a selected error?
The application does not completely work correctly. I was hoping you could fix those problems.
Ok. Thanks. I will check it little later (maybe the next weekend). What about "mockups" folder? What is the usage of that?
That was the initial design I did for reference. I was going to clean it up but I though you may want to take a look at it.
